Drunken Bai's Pool is the best translation of the Chinese. This pool is not where the famous tang dynasty poet drowned, but it is a tribute to him. Bai a notable drunk, and some jokingly say he has all the qualities of a foreigner in China, drowned himself while trying to grasp a reflection of the moon.
