Dragon is well known to be the late night club business actually picks up here after 4am. The Drinks are a pricey, but you won't find anything serving cheap drinks open at this hour. Located in the French Concession if you make it to Dragon Club you may as well wait until People's Square subway station opens up for your trip back to the hotel or hostel.

Shanghai ex-pats either love or hate Windows Too. The reason being the group of locals that also frequent the bar. However Windows owes its success to a formula of cheap drinks and hip-hop tunes. Windows is also a very cheap cafe during the daylight hours if you are in the mood for western food or need free Wi-fi. However the music during the daylight is lacking, and will drive many westerners away.
